Sorry this is coming a little late. Been very busy.

Thank you so much for your assistance at resolving the issues we had. Your engineer was wonderful.

We experienced a very slow browsing speed the following day he fixed the problem. Apparently, I discovered that it was virus attack that crippled the network. I've installed a Linux server and we worked full day for the first time yesterday. You guys didn’t tell me this is how cafe business is, maybe I wouldn't have done it. It’s a headache (laugh).

Anyway, I thank you for your assistance and I can confidently recommend your organisation; at least for the level of support we've received so far.

Gentlemen,

I think the pains of disappointment and loss should not be allowed to becloud integrity and sense of appreciation, especially to people who made contributions too valuable to be ignored.

I boldly express my appreciation through the Customer Care Group to fine and well bred engineers who worked "tirelessly" for the restoration of my site after the Wednesday, January 25th breakdown of signals. I also wish and request the Customer Care group to kindly take note of their "heroic acts" for future commendation and performance awards.
